WE DO DISCOVERY
We talk with each person in your organization from the CEO on down. We want to know what your organization looks and feels like from the perspective of every member. In a safe confidential setting, we have learned that people will tell us the truth of their experience and what it feels like to work in your organization. They provide valuable information about your culture, your ability to hire and retain great talent, and what strengths of the organization they see and experience. Conversely, people give us clues about how invested they are, what they are disgruntled about, and frankly, if they have one foot out the door.
Once we have compiled and analyzed all the data we obtain, we supply you with a detailed, confidential report with our findings and recommendations.

OUR DIAMOND METHOD APPROACH™
Different entities need different things. We have found from doing this work since 2007 that a combination of the following options is the “secret sauce”.
We offer CONSULTING, COACHING, COUNSELING AND TRAINING from the top down and inside out.
We work with the CEO, Executive Leadership, Leadership Teams, Managers, and front line staff to effect meaningful and necessary change. We accomplish this via one on one Coaching, Team trainings, Counseling (identified) personnel who would benefit, and facilitating All Staff trainings, and periodic Leadership Retreats to accomplish your goals. We identify strengths and pitfalls in the organization and offer strategic consultations to create a clear path forward.
We want to know YOUR GOALS- Your PERCEPTIONS of how things are going and what the strengths and challenges are currently in your organization.
