Meet Lesli Dullum-Tutterrow
About the Coach/ Consultant/ Trainer:
Lesli Dullum-Tutterrow, is President of Optimal Wellness Inc. dba The Wellspring Company. She is a Certified Counselor in WA state with a part time counseling practice in Silverdale WA. Lesli has created, owned and /or operated small businesses for over 25 years. She has worked for corporations from front line to executive management. Her background is diverse having owned businesses in massage, food and beverage (retail and manufacturing) construction, counseling, business coaching and consulting. She has melded coaching, consulting, counseling and training for companies in various industries: finance, insurance, mortgage, towing, beauty supplies, real estate, medical and more.
Lesli earned a Bachelors degree in psychology/ social work from University of Nevada Reno, and a license in therapeutic massage from Ashmead College. Lesli is co-author of Your Ultimate Sales Force, has written for the Well Being Journal, Kitsap Sun and Sound Publishing, is a Gallup Strengths™ Coach and an Amen Certified Brain Health Coach.
Lesli is married and has three grown children, three step children, five grandchildren and lives in Silverdale Wa. with her husband Randy and dog Nalah.
Lesli created and facilitates “the Wellspring” a faith based class focusing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In 2017 Lesli launched a community event called Live Well Kitsap™ held in partnership with her local YMCA.
Lesli volunteered on the Advisory Council Committee for the Haselwood YMCA and volunteers as a TRAC Counselor (Teen Reach Adventure Camp).
Lesli believes we all have unique gifts that when shared make the world a more beautiful place.
