Level 2 - Profound Performance Improvement

  • Needs Assessment for employees and management via interviews, surveys and a variety of other methods.

  • On-site training and/or workshops two times a month. Choose from our list of 30 workshops.

  • Individual coaching/ counseling/ consulting for staff as deemed necessary (on-site/ voice to voice/ video conferencing)

  • Improvement status reports and future recommendations for long term success.

  • Other services as needed by mutual agreement

Level 3 - Intensive Performance Improvement

  • In depth discovery We spend time in your business and with your people to do an in depth discovery about your culture, strengths, weaknesses and the employee experience.

  • Individual consulting, counseling and coaching for staff, management and/or executives.

  • Weekly training and consulting to the CEO/ Owners, Leadership and/or Managers

  • Weekly trainings with Leadership/ Management teams on relevant topics. This may occur on site, voice to voice or video conferencing.

  • Conduct Gallup Strengths® Assessments for the purpose of creating increased awareness of one’s own strengths, appreciation for others’ strengths, and to create strategy around utilizing strengths in team dynamics.

  • Quarterly all-day/ half-day workshops and/or Leadership retreats to increase knowledge, enhance psychological safety, provide team building, and/or address critical issues such as silos, conflict, incongruences, etc.
